Creative Minds was founded and is led by Richa Kapur, whose passion for early childhood education is grounded in more than 30 years of experience leading child development centers and Head Start programs.
With a Master’s degree in Psychology, with an emphasis in Play Therapy, Richa brings a deep understanding of children’s development and the importance of play, relationships, and emotional well-being in the early years.
Her philosophy is simple: when children are treated with respect, given the right support, and surrounded by caring adults, they can develop the confidence to become curious, capable, and caring individuals.
